Communication Partner in South Australia
rom 1 March 2020, competent professionals as Communication Partner in SA are Developmental Educators, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists. Eligibility requirements are entitled to perform the role of communication partner. To be eligible to provide this service, Developmental Educators must hold full membership with the DEAI(www.deai.com.au), have a minimum of five years’ relevant experience working with people with complex communication needs, and have agreed in writing to comply with the relevant Code of Conduct.
